With nearly a decade of experience across media production, higher education, and journalism, I help creatives and brands craft impactful stories and achieve their goals through media, coaching, and strategy. ✧

My approach to work is collaborative, people-centered, and multidisciplinary.

I have produced multimedia content for television, radio, podcast and social media; organized panel discussions and career development events for 50-500+ attendees; crafted & executed integrated communications strategies; and designed brand assets for digital and print distribution, but being able to connect with people from all industries and walks of life has remained my favorite thing.

Across my career, I've spent time talking with doctors and doulas, students from elementary school to doctoral study, faith and political leaders, community activists, urban survivalists and beekeepers, journalists, engineers, social media influencers, entrepreneurs and business leaders, educators, university administrators, filmmakers and creatives, coaches and counselors, landlords and the unhoused, tourists and travelers, and so many others who have shared their lived experiences, hopes, dreams, and anxieties with me - and I am so grateful.
